Flaevre Vlioxu invoice due date calculator
Use the Flaevre Vlioxu calculator to find out when an invoice has to be paid. Type in the invoice date, select the terms, and you get the due date right away.
Everything is calculated in your browser; the dates you type are not sent anywhere.
How the calculation works
Most payment terms count calendar days from the invoice date. So an invoice dated March 1 with Net 30 terms falls due on March 31. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are included in the count unless the terms exclude them.
Payment terms you will often see
- Due on receipt: the invoice is payable straight away, on its issue date.
- Net 7, Net 10, Net 15: short terms, due 7, 10 or 15 days after the invoice is dated.
- Net 30: the customer pays within 30 days of the invoice date; it is a very common term.
- Net 45, Net 60, Net 90: payment is due 45, 60 or 90 days after the invoice date.
- EOM (end of month): payment is due on the last day of the month in which the invoice is dated.
- Net 30 EOM: the 30 days start counting from the end of the invoice month.
Businesses do not all use EOM terms in the same way; check what your agreement says.
Due dates on a weekend
If the due date is on a weekend, some businesses count the following working day as the due date. The weekend option moves a due date that falls on Saturday or Sunday to the next Monday.
